Faye's goal is to support impoverished children by:

TLC/TnT operates during the year and provides summer camps for dozens of children entering the program.

Although COVID-19 made summer camps untenable last year, the organization continues to provide personal mentoring and food support. This Summer the regular programs are still on hold, but TLC/TnT is busy planning activities to do with children in the housing developments (like story time and crafts.).

Before the pandemic, these young people representing remarkably diverse backgrounds in sharp contrast to city-wide trends. 43% Hispanic, 19% White, 22% Black, and 14% Asian students worked with 50 qualified high school and college peer mentors in building positive, long-lasting relationships.

As of 2017, they had 65 active high school and college students in our program.

Of the 36 students who went on to college, 25% were college seniors who graduated with honors and have moved on to pursue careers in their respective fields of healthcare, business, and politics.

100% Of the high school seniors graduated and moved on to pursue a Bachelor's degree.
